When nobody's there, I cry into my pillow Feeling lost nd alone, like a weeping willow, I keep my pain hidden, tucked away inside Thinking I don't want to burden anyone with my strife...
But as the tears flow, I can't help but wonder Why it's so hard for me too let my emotions thunder,
Perhaps it's bcoz I see everyone else's troubles nd think, "Who am I too complain, when they have their own struggles?"
I wish someone could understand Tht I too have feelings, buried deep in the sand, I may seem strong, with a smile on my face But sometimes, I too, need my own space...
To feel the emotions tht I keep locked away Too acknowledge the pain, nd let it have its say, But often, it feels like no one sees The turmoil inside, the waves and the seas...
I wish I could find someone who knws Wht it's like too hide, behind a stoic pose, To share with them the weight of my fears nd know that they'll be there, to wipe away the tears...
