Last night, I observed a relentless barrage of abusive language in Hindi chat (beta). Despite the admin ji's concerted efforts to ban him repeatedly—once, twice, and thrice—he persisted in reappearing, akin to an insidious parasite that refuses to depart.
Is abusing a skill or an art? NO, IF YOU HAVE ANY VENGEANCE TOWARDS ANYONE OF THE USERS, ABUSING THEM IS NOT THE REMEDY TO SOLVE THE ISSUE. Abuses involving family members are not really appreciable- They are offensive. Be aware of 'respect' and 'keeping the wall peaceful is our fundamental responsibility'.

Before abusing check these laws, if you are reported then you may face these legal consequences. (source: Wikipedia) We are here in ZoZo, an adult chat site, which means sexting and all other dirty talks can be done here, but with respect and mutual consent only. If you try to destroy the peace out by making abuses to the peak, then you are going to be like 'behind the bars and having a happy journey, RIP- others say'
  • Information Technology Act, 2000:
    • Section 66 (Computer-related offenses): Punishment can include imprisonment for up to 3 years and/or a fine.
    • Section 67 (Publishing obscene material): Punishment can be up to 5 years imprisonment and/or a fine, which may increase for repeat offenses.
  • Indian Penal Code (IPC), 1860:
    • Section 354 (Assault to outrage modesty): Punishment can include imprisonment of 1 to 5 years and/or a fine.
    • Section 499 (Defamation; abusing): Punishment can include imprisonment for up to 2 years or a fine.
    • Section 506 (Criminal intimidation): Punishment can be up to 2 years imprisonment or a fine, or both.
Abusing others, whether it’s with words or actions, isn’t just morally wrong; it really shows a primitive mindset. When someone goes for insults or aggression, it’s like they can’t have a real conversation or empathize at all. We’re all here to enjoy life, connect with each other, and create good vibes, not to spread negativity by abusing. I get it—it’s easy to lash out when we’re frustrated, but choosing kindness and respect can uplift everyone, including ourselves. We’re all on our own journeys and deserve a space that’s free from hostility. Personal space is what is granted for all, don't ever try to enter it.

Moreover no one requests you (abusers only) to stay here, it's your choice. But stick to the rules of the site for a happy chatting!

Abuse reflects emotional immaturity and hinders genuine connection. We're all here to spread positivity, not negativity. Choosing kindness over hostility uplifts everyone. Respecting personal space and following community rules is essential for a healthy environment.

Using Abusive language shows individual weakness... Also His/her moral character weakness, uncontrolled mind and emotions...
It's better to avoid arguments with them...

Btw good article....

Agreed ji, but when abuse reaches an uncontrollable level, involving defamation, trolling our family members and then so and so, it is often hard to ignore them and allow whatever hell they want to say. But yes, showing kindness is more important for sure, but only towards those who deserves it. When we chose to give multiple chances, people often mistake it as our weakness. In such a situation more radical measures are preferable. Incorrigible-shits should be treated not with love and ignorance, rather by making strong measures to ensure that they won't open their mouth in near future. Yeah, it is their emotional immaturity that gets reflected when they abuse others. Calling woman who**, rand* and all are never appreciable in my perspective.

And as always, your words are so moving and insightful ;). Highly belated on hearing it! :) Thanks for commenting Kadhu ji.

Yeah, but public platforms/adult site are a place where relations boom and positivity spreads. So, it should be made clear and strict that those abusers won't exist anymore, and a harmonious journey is possible.
Thanks for your comment ji, :inlove::hearteyes:

Agreed to ur view...

But the thing is some spammers do it knowingly..
U cannot stop them...

And being all time normal with these type of abusers is also not possible...

Though I don't believe in abusing, I always keep distance to avoid bad time...

Agreed dear also, Online abuse reveals a lack of emotional maturity and damages relationships. While being kind is important, it's equally necessary to enforce limits and address ongoing negative behavior to ensure a respectful and harmonious environment for everyone.

You articulate these principles very well. I agree completely that abusive behavior has no place
Abusive behavior,
whether verbal or otherwise, is morally wrong and shows a lack of empathy and maturity. It does not lead to productive dialogue or solutions.
We should all strive to create positive, welcoming environments where people can connect and enjoy themselves, not spread negativity through insults or aggression.
Thank you for sharing these thoughtful perspectives.

Very well said and yes you are right it happens in the Hindi room quite often. As a badge holder I do try and dissuade users from doing it. While some of them take heed others on the contrary start abusing me in PM. I keep reporting such erring users to mods and admins time and again. One strange thing or rule the chat site has that after a certain no. of reports one get's a message that your reporting limit is reached. Also some users tell me " Girls like it " HUH!!!!!!! I feel like telling them would you be saying all this to your female relatives and friends but then by the end I just block them to maintain my peace and dignity. The abusive words should be auto blocked by the system. It is a sex chat site no doubt yet there should be some norms to maintain a certain decorum in the room. Anyways as users we can just give suggestions and rest is for the uni mods or the admins to take a call. When I was a mod I was advised to warn and then exercise caution and restrain by just muting the user. However that approach seldom works as the unregistered users come back with a different nick and more vengeance.:)

I completely agree with your perspective. Last time, when I confronted a user about their incestuous abusive comments, he retorted, “It’s my keyboard; what’s it to you?” That was my limit. I chose not to engage further and reported him, but it was definitely a struggle. And my reporting limit...blah blah

Then, someone offered me a super admin position on another site, which I immediately reported to the admin. This individual kept spamming the same comments promoting his site in the old UI, which made reporting it quite challenging.

While abusive behavior is certainly intolerable, and we can report and block those users, dealing with indirect insults can be even trickier. It seems people often forget basic decency. For instance, someone from IC visited SC, he was met with hostility for simply attracting attention from women indecently. It’s baffling! Then back in IC, he came up with a question to me, 'why are you in that group of old garbage? All are old and mad there' How to respond to that? I don’t want to reveal his identity right now, but it’s a situation that really highlights the absurdity of it all.

Absolutely correct Ms. . There are always two options one has here ................... Fight or flight. I believe in the latter cause sorry to say most users are uncouth and just because they have a smart phone they think they can chat. Ask them a decent question and I guarantee hardly anyone would be able to answer it decently. I am not generalizing neither I am trying to portray myself as superior to anyone else cause I believe that everyone is a creature of God. Yet some people by abusing not only downgrade themselves but I pity their families as well. If they were to see such behavior how would they react on their offspring's outburst.
