    means you've logged in to many times incorrectly, or logged in with several devices simultaniously and the system stopped you. You may or may not be malicious but the system only recognizes how many times you've tried to log in. Wait an hour or two, and you'll be able to log in. IF, you log in...

    Long term memory such as language, eating, dressing, are stored in a different part of the brain, therefore amnesia doesn't effect those, it does however effect short term memory or "episodic" memory, the ability to recall specific dates or experiences.
