I think it could be both freedom and loneliness. Having no one to answer to and being able to do whatever you want can feel liberating, but the absence of someone to share your days with can also lead to feelings of isolation. It really depends on the individual's perspective and what they value more in life. Some might thrive in solitude, while others might crave connection and companionship.
It depends on what filsyour silence. If you wake up alone and feel peace its freedom. If you wake up alone and feel a void its loneliness or maybe its both two sides of the same coin what matters is whether are you flipping it or holding it
It's not freedom or loneliness you should wake up and sleep at right time. It's good for health and your health is in your hands

At first look , it seems person will feel lonely when no one is to wake you up in the morning and no one to wait for you at night. But its relative term. Of course it would be fantastic to have someone's presence at both time morning n evening if person is of your choice . Otherwise its better to stay alone instead of fake people around. And to be alone with yourself is fantastic for many who are genuine person. Because you cant lie to your own self. If person is not honest , its hard to face own self n stay alone.
