Put their msgs on seen and don't reply for weeks, ignore him with same energy, intensity and frequency. Make them feel you really don't care (like they would make you feel), make them feel same way rather than crying and begging for love.
    Once you achieve mastery in controlling your emotions, the need of being loved dies eventually and you'll be free from all this shit for a long time.
