Something we all need to think about…Now more than ever!
We’re all way too glued to our phones, and it’s seriously messing with us. I’ve been through it all… panic, stress, crappy sleep… all for the sake of entertainment. And don’t even get me started on obsessing over likes or staying up late just to be online.
But I finally took a step back, setting some limits, and now I’m actually living in the moment. Not gonna lie, it takes practice and I’m still getting there… with less screen time, more real vibes—it’s worth it.
How is your digital detox going????

Oh no, are we girls making your detox harder? Maybe we should log off first to help you… or maybe you just need stronger willpower But if I’m the reason you’re staying then I guess your detox can wait a little longer
